Candice Williams

I gained my BA Hons in Business and Marketing at London Southbank University in 2013. After which, I was a stay-at-home mum to my now 11-year-old daughter. I have now been part of the team at The London Ear Clinic for over 5 years where I started off as an office admin.

 

I enjoy meeting and talking to new people, being the oldest of 6 children I have always taken the role of the carer which reflects now in all aspects of my life. I strive to provide the best possible service and to ensure a good outcome for patients.

I am a mother of 2 and love spending as much time together as possible. Whether this be on mini trips or just movie nights at home, these are the most precious moments for me. In my own time (limited as it may be) enjoy reading, socialising with my friends and being part of a social netball league.

The London Ear Clinic team has grown over the past few years, and it is great to be a part of it. My colleagues and I work great together to deliver great customer service and satisfaction. We are fortunate that we get to meet patients in a time where most secretaries work remotely. This enables us to build professional relationship with our patients and they can always put a face to the name, and they always say.
